Jithin P.J.
I am Jithin P.J. I am from Wayanad district of Kerala. I am a speech and hearing-impaired person with 85% disability. My father is Johny, who works for daily wage's. My mother is Shiny, a house wife. I have a sister and a brother, who are studying. I did my schooling from St. Rossello’s Higher Secondary School for Speech and Hearing, Poomala, Sultan Bathery, Kerala. After that I joined Ability Arts and Science College for Hearing Impaired, Pulikkal, Malappuram, Kerala for my degree completion. Corona made a long gap in my life. Then I got an opportunity in Software testing training at WinVinaya foundation in Bangalore from October 2022 to December 2022. After staying at home for a long time I decided to go for daily wage works with my father. Later I tried to work in a hotel. Because of low salary and harassment, I quit my job.
Then with a help of my teacher, I went to Lucknow as Certified Trainer with Grade 'B' for the Qualification Pack of Trainer. Later, I received a training on TRRAIN - ( Trust for Retailers and Retail Associate of India) : Pankh a 45 days certified in retail management course by Pankh, in collaboration with Cottolengo Educational and Charitable Society Nilambur in August 2023.
Now I am working in Paravur. Besides, food and accommodation expenses, I am getting a good salary. This institution provides adequate opportunities and environment to grow my knowledge, experience and strengths. I am very happy to work in this institution.
