Pankh Course
The second course introduced by CVRRC is the Retail Certificate Course. This program aims to empower individuals with hearing, visually and physically challenged the art of retail business and provide job placement. Participants will receive comprehensive training in various retail business, accounting, and exposure visits. The course intends to create employment opportunities in retail world for persons with disabilities be and foster entrepreneurship in the retail industry. In collaboration with Trust for Retailers& Retail Associates of India (TRRAIN), CECS has given training and placement to 145 differently abled persons and has given placement to them in Amazon Pay, Tata Croma, Reliance Digital, Fragomen, and IndiaMART. In one year, CECS will train 250 persons with hearing impairment, low vision and learning disability and give placement to them.
